Villa "Genoese Zerbi"
La villa Genoese Zerbi (talvolta chiamata villa Zerbi), è un edificio storico della città di Reggio Calabria. Sorge sul corso Vittorio Emanuele III nell'area dove, prima del 1860, vi era l'antica villa in stile barocco della famiglia dei Marchesi Genoese, antica famiglia del patriziato reggino che alla fine del XIX secolo aggiunse al proprio cognome quello degli Zerbi da cui Genoese Zerbi. Distrutta dal terremoto del 1908, la villa fu riedificata con un progetto redatto dagli ingegneri Zerbi, Pertini e Marzats nel 1915.

The Genoese Zerbi villa (sometimes called Villa Zerbi), is a historic building in the city of Reggio Calabria. It stands on the Corso Vittorio Emanuele III in the area where, before 1860, there was the ancient Baroque-style villa of the Genoese Marquis family, an ancient family of the nobility of Reggio that at the end of the nineteenth century added to his surname that of the Zerbi family from which Genoese Zerbi. Destroyed by the earthquake of 1908, the villa was rebuilt with a project drawn up by the engineers Zerbi, Pertini and Marzats in 1915.

Die Genoese Zerbi-Villa (manchmal Villa Zerbi genannt) ist ein historisches Gebäude in der Stadt Reggio Calabria. Es befindet sich auf dem Corso Vittorio Emanuele III. In der Gegend, in der sich vor 1860 die Villa im Barockstil der Genoese Marquis-Familie befand, eine uralte Familie des Adels von Reggio, die Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts zu seinem Nachnamen hinzugefügt wurde die der Zerbi-Familie, aus der Genoese Zerbi. Durch das Erdbeben von 1908 zerstört, wurde die Villa mit einem von den Ingenieuren Zerbi, Pertini und Marzats im Jahr 1915 geplanten Projekt wieder aufgebaut.
